      To Whom It May Concern
      This is to by my Will and the way I want my property divided when I am dead. Names of the benefactors, Anderson Goheen, Ross Goheen, Jess Goheen, Mildred Goheen, Hubert Goheen, Mrs Libbie Goheen, Elsie Clo Pace,
      I will Libbie Goheen 13 acres what is known as the Hancock place for $1.00 (one dollar) and love and affection and one four room house in Block A, Schiffendecker 3rd Addition to Joplin, Mo.
      I will Ross Goheen for one dollar and brotherly love twenty acres off the West side of a certain sixty acres described in old deed's which ill be examined.
      I will to Mrs. Elsie Clo Pace, East forty off the same tract for kindness and helping take care of me through my sickness, Elsie Clo Pace is not to dispose of her property till she becomes of age,
      To Mrs. Libbie Goheen my wife, $1250.00 U.S. Treasury notes heretofore delivered to her. I will to Mrs. Libbie Goheen four hundred dollars to be pay by Mrs. Mary A Mays in eight fifty dollars notes each. My wife also is to have 1/2 interest on the willed to Ross Goheen for 2 years.

      Ross Goheen is my brother, Elsie Cleo Pace is my niece by marriage, I have no heirs of my body. Anderson is B Brother, Jessie Goheen is my niece. Hubert Goheen is my nephew.

      This is my will: To whom it may concern and the way I want a certain ninety two acres of land divided. Land lying in Henry County, Mo., L B on the North bank of Grand River near Brownington, Mo., The West thirty six acres to be divided as follows:
      I will the North ten acres of said thirty six acres for one dollar and had paid and the love and affection of my nephew to Hubert Goheen, the next ten acres joining on South I will go Mildred Goheen for one dollar in hand cash and the love and affection of my niece.
      I will to Jesse Goheen eight acres joining the last ten on the South to Jesse Goheen for one dollar and love and affection.
      I will Anderson Goheen eight acres, more or less, joining the last eight on the south.
      I Will the fifty six acres the rest of the ninety two acres tract joining the thirty six acres on the East.
      I will 14 acres to Anderson Goheen for one dollar in hand cash and the love and affection of my brother. 14 acres of undivided fifty six acres I will Hubert Goheen 14 acres for one dollar in hand cash and the love ad affection of my nephew, 14 acres of undivided fifty six acres. I will Mildred Goheen 14 acres for one dollar in hand cash and the love and affection of my niece. 14 acres of undivided fifty six acres. I will Jesse Goheen 14 acres for one dollar in hand cash and the love and affection of my nephew, 14 acres of undivided fifty six acres.
