- First: It is my will and I so direct that after all taxes, debts and expenses due or which may be incurred in the probating of this my last will and testament, that the remainder of my estate, consisting of securities, personal property and real whatsoever and wheresoever found hall be maintained intact, and the income derived from the estate hall be paid in monthly installments in the sum not exceeding thirty dollars ($30.00) to my dear wife, Martha Goheen so long as she hall remain my widow, however in the event that she remarry this provision as to the monthly installments is to become null and void and of no effect.
Second: It is my will and I so direct that after the monthly installments shall have been paid to my dear wife in accordance with the above recited provision, that any sums remaining from the income of the estate is to be divided share and share alike and paid, quarterly, by executors to my son George B. Goheen and my daughter, Margaret Goheen.
Third: It is my will and I so desire that in the event of the re-marriage of my widow, Martha Goheen, that the estate shall be appraised and divided into three equal parts and one part given to my widow, Martha Goheen as soon as convenient to make that settlement and the other two parts to remain intact from which my son, George B. Goheen and my daughter Margaret Goheen are to receive the income, quarterly, share and share alike until the year nineteen hundred and sixty (1960) when the estate is to be closed and an equal distribution made to them. In the event of the death of either or both of my son or daughter, amount which is to be paid to either shall be paid to the survivor or legal heir or heirs of the deceased son or daughter.
Fourth: It is my will and I so direct that upon the death of my widow at any time or, in case I survive her and at my death am survived by n two children, my estate is to remain intact until the year nineteen hundred and sixty (1960) when an equal distribution is to be made, share and share alike between my children or the heirs of any deceased child, however such child or children of deceased child to receive only the amount due the deceased parent.
Fifth: It is my will and I so direct that my executor hereinafter named shall be fully authorized and empowered to change the character of my estate wither real or personal if in their judgement it is of advantage to the estate and to make investments as are suitable and wise for the investment of such funds and to effect such changes or reinvestments they are hereby authorized and empowered to sell at private or public sale, any or all real estate, and execute and deliver such conveyance or conveyances as would by necessary to deliver good and sufficient title thereto. My large are, although in my name belongs to my sisters and I direct that they be furnished a title for it without cost to them.
Sixth: It is my desire and I so direct that my widow Martha Goheen receive outright all furniture and household belongings. Also my small automobile but the large car, the title of which is in my name, I direct to go to my surviving sisters as it is their property.
And I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint, The First National Bank of State College, State college, Pennsylvania, and daughter, Margaret Goheen Penna Furnace, Pa, Executors of this my last Will and Testament

#3 That the decedent at the time of his death was seized and possessed of a farm situate in Ferguson Township, Centre County, Pa., containing approximately 102 acres, and mountain land situated partly in Ferguson Township, Centre County Pa., and partly in Franklin Township, Huntingdon County, Pa., containing approximately 40 acres, more or less.
#5 That Margaret Goheen, your petitioner, desires to bid at said dale and if she is the highest bidder, desires to purchase the premises of the said decedent situate in Ferguson Township, Centre County, Pa., ad Franklin Township, Huntingdon County, Pa.,
